A Journey Back to Self
There are moments in life when we feel called to slow down… to listen… to come back home to ourselves.
In collaboration with Be Rooted Yoga and Wellness Collective, I am excited to introduce a therapeutic art series called, A Journey Back to Self.
This 4-part series is an invitation to reconnect through creativity, mindfulness, and intentional self-care. Each playshop gently builds on the last, offering space to release, reflect, and rediscover what you need most.

Participants who register and complete the full journey (all 4 playshops in the series) will receive a little art gift at the end of the experience.

Gratitude Jar Playshop
Artfully Healing presents a fun, creative playshop making your very own gratitude and blessings jar!
No art experience is necessary to engage in this playful art activity. Make a jar like mine or one that is completely from your creativity.
