Join us for a one-day small intimate workshop using creative expression and a sound bath to connect to oneself, self-discovery, and release. Through art, sound, and supportive conversations Toni and Kelly will help the participants navigate life's hurdles in a supportive space of healing. No experience is necessary. This is for a person who has never painted or the experienced painter. It's more about the process than the result. All supplies included.

A whimsical art show featuring art from all women artists from Winston Salem and surrounding areas. This show is an established art show in its 26th year!
