Abstract and whimsical, this acrylic painting titled, "Hoot" is painted on an 8" x10" canvas using acrylic paint. She is painted with the following acrylic colors: various shades of blue and purple, green, yellow, orange, and magenta. When I paint, I create multiple layers. You can see some of the beginning layers that were laid on the canvas in the owl's head and horns. I love the texture and depth that the layers bring to the painting.
Canvas is signed, ready to hang, and sprayed to protect the painting.
